直流电机产业的发展历史.jpg

With the development of science and technology, the development of DC motors is becoming more and more blocky, and can be seen everywhere in life, but people are still relatively vague about the development history of DC motors. Now the editor will summarize DC motors.

The invention of the battery in 1800 volts was the beginning of the emergence of electricity. The birth and development of electric motors can be divided into several stages after this. From 1820 until the end of the 19th century, electromagnetic phenomena and related laws were discovered, prototypes of AC motors were born, and industrial applications of motors were established. From the beginning of the 20th century to the 1970s, it was the growth and maturity of electric motors. Various motors such as brushed DC motors, induction motors, synchronous motors and stepper motors were born one after another. The introduction of semiconductor drive technology and electronic control concepts brought frequency conversion Drive practical. From the 1970s to the end of the 20th century, the rapid development of computing technology has brought opportunities for the development of high-performance drives. With the continuous progress of design, evaluation, measurement, control, power semiconductors, bearings, magnetic materials, insulating materials, manufacturing and processing technologies The motor body has undergone a series of changes such as light weight, miniaturization, high efficiency, high torque output, low noise vibration, high reliability, and low cost. The corresponding drive and control devices are also more intelligent and programmed. Entering the 21st century, in the information age characterized by multimedia and the Internet, electric motors and driving devices continue to play a supporting role, developing in the direction of resource-saving, environment-friendly, efficient and energy-saving operation. In 1820 Oster discovered the magnetic effect of current, and then Ampere established Ampere's law: θIBLFsin by summarizing the mechanical force of the current in the magnetic field.

In September 1821, Faraday discovered that the conducting wire can rotate around the magnet and the movement of the magnet around the current-carrying conductor. It realized the conversion of electromagnetic motion to mechanical motion at one time, thus establishing a laboratory model of the motor, which is considered to be a motor in the world. . In 1831, Faraday used electromagnetic induction to invent the world's true motor-Faraday disc generator. The structure of this generator is different from modern generators. What turns in the magnetic field is not a coil, but a disc made of copper. A rocker is fixed at the center of the circle, and a brush is attached to the edge and center of the disk, and the brush is connected to the ammeter with a wire; the copper disk is placed in the magnetic field of the hoof-shaped permanent magnet. When the copper disk rotates, the pointer of the ammeter deflects to one side, and a continuous current is generated in the circuit. In the summer of 1831, Henry improved Faraday's motor model. The moving parts of the device were electromagnets moving in the vertical direction. When the wires at their ends were alternately connected to the two batteries, the polarity of the electromagnet changed automatically. The electromagnet and the permanent magnet attract or repel each other, causing the electromagnet to move up and down at a rate of 75 cycles per minute. The important significance of Henry's electric motor is that this is a demonstration of continuous motion caused by magnetic pole repulsion and attraction, which is the real application of electromagnets in electric motors.
